Week of 6/13/11-6/19/11- REWARD SPEND $10 DOLLARS ON SELF
* Drink 8-8 ounce glasses of water per day
* Eat 2 Fruits or veggies per day 
* Consume only1200 Calories per day


Week of 6/20/11-6/26/11-REWARD PLAN A DAY TO GO TO LADIES NIGHT AT OAKLAWN

* Drink 8-8 ounce glasses of water per day
* Eat 2 Fruits and 2 veggies per day 
* Go to the Gym 30 minutes each days 
* No Sweets this week
* Consume only1200 Calories per day

Week of 6/27/11-7/3/11-REWARD BUY NEW HAIR STUFF
* Drink 10-8 ounce glasses of water per day
* Eat 3 fruits and 3 veggies per day
* Go to gym for 45 minutes each day
* No sweets or salt this week
* Consume only 1200 Calories per day
* Walk 100 Steps on stepper per day

Week of 7/4/11-7/10/11-REWARD BUY NEW EARRINGS
* Drink 10-8 ounce glasses of water per day
* Eat 3 fruits and 3 veggies per day
* Go to gym for 50 minutes each day

* Walk pushing stroller 30 minutes each day

* Eat 3 fruits and 3 veggies per day
* Go to gym for 60 minutes each day
